New Outage Map Available
Online, real-time outage map is now available
We have added a new online outage map. The map uses data from our Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI) meters, our substation monitoring system, as well as member reports, to show the location of outages on our system. If you have lost power, you can access the map from a smartphone or tablet connected to the internet.
The map is a valuable new tool for the co-op and its members, and is particularly useful during widespread outages, like those experienced during hurricanes and other severe weather events that cause damages across our system.
Before you call our office to report our outage, you can check the outage map first. There’s a good chance we have already recorded the outage and have it displayed in real time on the map. If you do not see your outage on the map or if your neighbor's lights come on and yours don't, give us a call at 252.247.3107.
