PowerPay24 offers online account payment and information services for members with Internet access and an e-mail account. You can sign on, check your account and pay your bill online anytime. You get added peace of mind knowing your account will be credited immediately. You can use an e-check, debit card or credit card, and there’s no fee for this service. You also can use PowerPay24 to view your account, including billing and usage history.

Is your mailbox over crowded? Go paperless by signing up to have your monthly bill e-mailed. Multiple layers of security protect your personal information. Choose the no paper bill option through your PowerPay24 account.
Automatic Bank Draft or Credit/Debit Card Charge
You can forget about paying your electric bill if you sign up for Automatic Bank or Credit Card Draft. It’s safe and convenient. You don’t need a stamp and don’t have to make a trip to the post office or our office. We draft your monthly electric payment from your checking, savings or credit card account on a specified draft date. You're regular paper bill will continue to arrive in the mail so you can mark your checking account register. To sign up call one of our customer service representatives at (252) 247-3107 or (800) 682-2217 or print and fill out the form here and mail to our office at PO Box 1490, Newport, NC 28570, or drop it off at our office in Newport or Havelock.
Bill paying doesn’t get much easier than that.
* Updating your information on the PowerPay24 site will not update Automatic Bank or Credit Card Draft. You must contact us to make changes for those payment options.
Equalize Your Payments
Wouldn’t it be nice to know just what your electric bill is going to be each month? With the cooperative’s budget billing, your monthly electric bills are totaled for the year and then divided into twelve equal payments. For new accounts, we estimate monthly usage. Either way, you can have peace of mind in knowing what your electric bill will be each month.
We periodically check the account to make sure the amount you are paying does not differ greatly from your actual usage. If it does, then we will let you know in time to make an adjustment that won’t hit you all at once at the end of 12 months.

Save the site as a favorite on your mobile phone or tablet and you are ready to go. If you have not signed up for PowerPay 24, it’s an easy and secure way to keep track of your energy use and bill payments. Here are just some of the features of PowerPay 24:

CCEC Not Affiliated with Third Party Bill Payment Service
We want members to be aware that a company known as Doxo, Inc., which is not affiliated with CCEC, is using our contact information and reputation to market its online bill payment service to potential customers.
We are not in partnership with this company and have not authorized them to use our materials. Recently, the company agreed to remove the CCEC logo from its website, but we still are concerned that other information on the site specific to our co-op may imply that we either own the website or are affiliated with Doxo.
CCEC offers secure online bill pay as well as other billing and payment options, including a mobile site that makes it easy to view and pay your electric bill with your smart phone or tablet. If you enjoy the convenience of paying online, you can access our secure payment portal at www.carteretcraven.coop or www.carteretcraven.coop/mobile for tablets and smart phones. You can bookmark these sites or save them as favorites on your devices.
As an electric cooperative rooted in the community it serves, and as a not-for-profit organization, CCEC puts people – our members – first.
